Nikhil graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2016 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Since qualifying, he has developed a special interest in implant and restorative dentistry, born of a keen interest in the complex rehabilitation of worn, damaged and broken-down teeth. He has placed 1,500 implants over 10 years and is a BAIRD graduate (British Academy of Implant and Restorative Dentistry).
At St Vincent Smile, Nikhil works with Dr Davinder Kalsi on full-arch and All-on-4 treatment. Each case is planned on the practice's own CT scanner and carried out by both of them together, so there is a second experienced pair of hands and eyes on every full-arch case.
In 2021, Nikhil received the ITI Young Rising Star in Implant Dentistry Award. Alongside clinical practice, he has contributed to student lectures for professional development and to clinical lecturing and mentoring for BAIRD Implant Academy. He speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi.
